A student at Auburn University in Alabama, Anna Joubert plans to obtain a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders. She also studied at Texas A&M University and became a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Designed to help all Delta Delta Delta women, also known as Tri-Delts, grow into leadership positions, the Leadership Development Committee (LDC) for the sorority evaluates and cultivates leaders to serve in both appointed and elected positions. The LDC encourages Tri-Delta members to nominate themselves for leadership positions, and the committee then provides the appropriate discussions and support for current and future leaders.
Established in 1888, Delta Delta Delta fosters the bonds of friendship, helps young women develop strong character, and broadens the morals and intellect of all its members. The organization also strives to develop relationships between Tri-Delta chapters at other universities so women associated with the sorority can share insights and support with other members across the nation.
