About Anna Joubert
At Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, college junior Anna Joubert is studying Communication Disorders and is an active member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. After earning her Bachelor's degree, Anna Joubert intends to pursue graduate-level studies in Speech Pathology.
Having a career that involves helping others is very important to Ms. Joubert, since she has been involved in community service projects throughout her life. As a member of Houston’s First Baptist Church in Texas, she has been able to participate in several mission trips. Under the auspices of the church, she traveled to New Orleans to help with cleanup efforts after Hurricane Katrina; visited Guatemala to work with schools serving children from impoverished communities; and volunteered at an orphanage in the west African nation of Ghana.
Anna Joubert is passionate about fitness and athletics. Previously, she worked as a summer camp counselor at Life Time Fitness in Houston and at JH Ranch in California. While attending Houston Christian High School, she was a member of the soccer, cross country, and drill teams. She also has participated in several 5K runs to support charitable causes, including the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
